Deer Valley Reviews
Deer Valley is home to the hard-working men and women who get up early and work long hours to provide for their families. It is home to children who play outside with the neighbors til the lights come on and they know it is time to come home. Deer Valley is such a cozy, tight-knit community. You know your neighbors by name, and you know if you ever needed sugar, milk, etc- you could get it from them. I truly enjoyed growing up in Deer Valley and meeting all the people I have met. I have celebrated holidays in many different homes with many different families of friends in this neighborhood. These are the people who would give you a warm meal and a place to sleep if you needed it. If there were anything I could change about Deer Valley, it would be more parks for the children and families, more cross guards for the schools close by and a lower speed limit in and around the neighborhoods.
My husband and I have been living in Deer Valley for 2 years now and, we couldn't be more satisfied! The area is quiet and well kept. The people are very friendly and diverse!
Everyone in this area is working class and from varying backgrounds. I like that there is a general kindness to help your neighbor but not so much as to always have rowdy parties or continuous involvement with each other. Overall one of the few nice middle class areas in Phoenix.
