Deer Valley Reviews
A wonderful Community! Very Friendly and inviting. Many hiking trails and parks. Schools are great and plenty of shopping nearby.
Suburbs in northern Phoenix and Glendale. Lots of shopping centers without the crowds of downtown, as well as decent job opportunities.
Deer Valley is home to the hard-working men and women who get up early and work long hours to provide for their families. It is home to children who play outside with the neighbors til the lights come on and they know it is time to come home. Deer Valley is such a cozy, tight-knit community. You know your neighbors by name, and you know if you ever needed sugar, milk, etc- you could get it from them. I truly enjoyed growing up in Deer Valley and meeting all the people I have met. I have celebrated holidays in many different homes with many different families of friends in this neighborhood. These are the people who would give you a warm meal and a place to sleep if you needed it. If there were anything I could change about Deer Valley, it would be more parks for the children and families, more cross guards for the schools close by and a lower speed limit in and around the neighborhoods.
