Dam East Reviews
Once the light rail expansion is completed, this area will definitely see an explosion of growth and home values. Especially when the Regatta Plaza is redeveloped!
The Dam East townhomes is a community that has friendly people and is in a great location that is close to Denver and nearby shopping centers. Although there are some areas that could use improvement, the good out ways the bad. And with the Regada plaza being redone, there is high hopes for the area blooming more.
This is not an area that I would choose to live in again. The legalization of pot has brought a ton of people to the area and the traffic layout is not prepared for the increase of traffic. There are sections of the local area that get congested very easily, even when it isn't rush hour. Also, the general atmosphere feels tense and unfriendly. While there are a number of friendly people in the area, I have run into a lot of people that seem only focused on themselves, to the point where they are completely oblivious to those surrounding them.
