Cougar Mountain Reviews
In this particular area you don't here much about crime and you do see police every once in a while- which I guess could be a good or bad thing. However, there are many areas surrounding this spot that do have a lot of crime so it can be worrisome that it may "leak" into this area.
Great place to raise a family with great schools and trails. It gives you the suburban feel with minutes away from downtown.
Great for an older age population. A bit quiet for the younger population. Very quiet neighborhood. Great for raising families.
