Corryville is about what you would expect from the middle of a city. Being near UC brings the standard of living up a little and nice, newer businesses have been popping up in recent years. Overall, while its still somewhat of an inner-city environment, it isn't a bad place to live.

I just recently moved to Corryville in August 2016. I have really enjoyed living here so far. Cincinnati is an amazing city that always has something to do. There are mostly only college students in my area in Corryville, not many families/children. Though there is a decent amount of crime, there is also a lot of police in the area.
There was a lot of good things with this area. It is a growing area around an expanding campus. Close to school and local library, which makes it excellent for incoming students. The only downside was that it is a party town, and there is a lot of crimes in the area.
