Have lived/owned my home in Collingwood for 18 years, and h ave really watched it change - all for the better! A great neighborhood, socially, and has been a wonderful place to meet friends and grow with them & their families.
The city is expanding rapidly, which is good and bad. The more people moving in has caused a bit more pollution and increased traffic. But with more people come more employment opportunities and new businesses.
I have been living in this area for 3 years and is the perfect calm place a few minutes from uptown.
