An absolutely gorgeous quaint town with such a wide variety of things to do, restaurants to eat at, bars to visit, and parks to walk or bike to. Incredibly family friendly, safe, and quiet. This is, in my opinion, one of the best places to live in Orlando, Florida. You get the benefit of the suburb type lifestyle with family friendly neighborhoods & safe environments but you're also in walking or biking distance to major downtown areas like Winter Park or Ivanhoe. Additionally, College Park has it's own downtown area with an ever growing list of restaurants, bars, and boutique shops! In terms of commute, College Park is close to the major road ways including I4 yet you don't have to deal with the traffic associated with being too close. College Park is definitely a place I recommend everyone check out!
Nestled in Orlando, College Park exudes timeless charm. Tree-lined brick roads and serene lakes create a tranquil atmosphere. The community thrives with friendly neighbors and a monthly wine walk supporting local businesses, fostering connections. Charming shops and diverse dining options add to the allure. As the sun sets, a sense of calm envelops the neighborhood. College Park seamlessly blends natural beauty, community warmth, and modern living. It's a captivating haven in the heart of Orlando, where nostalgia meets vibrancy—a perfect place to call home.
I am a current resident of College Park and I love it here. It's quiet enough that it feels safe, and there's a little shopping center nearby. There is also a lot of local restaurants and cafes. It is a 10 minute drive to downtown Orlando and downtown Winter Park.
