College Park is a small neighborhood 5 minutes from downtown Orlando. The small town feel is provided by Edgewater Drive, which serves as the neighborhood main street. People are friendly, and the elementary schools are fantastic. Edgewater High School is improving in all aspects every year, on its way to becoming one of the top schools in the district. College Park is the perfect place to be for a small town feel with the advantages of a big city.
I've lived in college park from the time I was born until the time I moved out for college. I couldn't give higher praise if I tried, the schools, the restaurants, the people, everything is amazing. If you want to live in a place where the phrase "it takes a village" is true then CP is the place for you.
College Park is over-flowing with family fun and community involvement. Surrounded by lakes, parks and nearby (walk-able) shopping, this is an amazing place to call home.
Local restaurants, niche shopping, diversified churches and both small homes and high end luxury homes are very appealing.
