It is okay although the education and health is very poor. They take long to respond and do their job. For example, my brother is in the sixth grade he is special aid. Its been almost 4-5 months with in school and they have not done anything about his situation. He is having a bit of difficulty getting us to the environment that is normal for an ordinary kid yet he had other factor that come with that as well. He receives his social security services yet it is still very difficult for my mom to even get someone on the for phone to talk to about his disability status at school. They definitely do not work together to make it better for him at school in order for him to get the right services at school for him to gain proper education. Medicaid is also very poor when it comes to responding and getting their work done efficiently. These are a few of my concerns about my community.
We several communities in the area. They all are kept in good condition. Every community has either a playground, a basketball court or both. They community stays nice and clean with little to no crime. People tend to live in the are for most of their lives because its a decent area, its pet friendly and we have several community events that neighbors engage in.
The houses in the area are well kept together. There are no vacancy or abandoned properties. Housing is very reasonable if you have a middle class income and utilities could range from from any price depending on how much you use. The worst area to live in in this area is on the other side of Dunn Ave.
