It's a quiet neighborhood in the city being that it is only 5 minutes away from the hustle & bustle of downtown. The architecture is historic and the character of the neighborhood is vibrant and always revamping with new events!

There are a few great restaurants, convenient stores, and automotive places within walking distance. These local businesses are close by and usually have excellent things in store, as well as good customer service.
I think the weather around here is amazing. Sure, there are rainy, cold, windy days, but overall, it is sunny and beautiful. All seasons are pleasant.
