While it's not necessarily as bad as people say, it's also not that great. It used to be a quaint little neighborhood but crime has risen in comparison to how it used to be. I did go out to walk my dog and you would see children out playing. It's mainly bad if you have bad connections. The location can be convenient with all the local shops.

Fast food. No major companies near. Definitely not any hospitals around
It's not bad for restaurants. A chili's or Buffalo Wild Wings would be nice.
