City Park Reviews
City Park is changing, the calm serene neighborhood is now noisy, crowded and expensive. Slum Lords and youpng families now fill what was once a beautiful neighborhood.
There's a big mix of retail, but I can't find everything I need. There is no hardware store, for example. Parking is really a hassle, no matter what type of store, but especially for restaurants.
I think that as this area transitions from a low income to a middle class neighborhood more businesses will look to move here. This will cause housing prices to continue to climb making people better off.
