Chosewood Park Reviews

Maybe the best neighborhood on the Beltline. It is very small, and has an intimate feel. The active neighborhood association is as diverse as the residents, which is a lot.

If you look at crime maps of intown ATL, you will see that Chosewood has comparatively little crime.

I would give it 5 stars, but there is not much in the way of grocery stores nearby. Carver Market is very nice for a little neighborhood grocery. But small.
And the school is not the best. But it will improve as more families move in.

Overall, Chosewood is a great neighborhood, with all kinds of nice people. And it is really starting to boom, in anticipation of the Beltline.

And one fun thing is that a group of investors planted something like 40 fruit trees and bushes along the sidewalk for all the neighbors to have!

Close to everything. Very quiet. Classic style bungalows. Park with trails, baseball diamond, tennis courts, basketball courts and DEER!
