My landlord forced me to move here a while back. I like how convenient it is to get to downtown San Francisco, though the actual locale has a lot to be desired.

China town has a city College so it is worth a trip now second to get a meal at one of the ethnic cafes also to window shop for some Chinese style item.
While there are jobs available, the techies from Silicon Valley have caused the housing prices to skyrocket beyond any reasonable level. There is great public transportation, but in order to live in an affordable area the transportation costs outweigh the rent price difference.
