I feel like its already changing a lot. They've added a lot of expensive apartments lately. The community is diverse and right near Dodger stadium.

amazing, grew up here so it's very nostalgic and there's a lot of restaurants around the area. downtown la is very close by as well but traffic is a pain because of that. easy to get to northeast la, also has a nice library
