Cosmopolitan, clean, convenient, quiet. Nestled in between Beverly Hills & Westwood/UCLA, you have Santa Monica beach a stone's throw away to the west, and the bars of Sunset/West Hollywood just a couple minutes east. Sandwiched by the Los Angeles Country Club across one street to the North, and Cheviot Hills Gold & Rec Center across the street of it's south border., coming home always feels like a nice respite from all the nearby attractions.
You get to walk to work given CenCi is home to the top entertainment, legal, finance/accounting, medical firms in all of LA, with tech firms showing up, have the best mall in all of the City - the outdoor Century City Mall, and it's own subway upcoming station making it possible to be carless, with the $2 billion+ One Beverly Hills project just approved two streets over.
You get a the best of both worlds, a quiet, safe, EXTREMELY CLEAN, tony neighborhood, with everything you'd want out of LA literally just outside your borders and within.

No crime that I have personally witnessed or gone through. I have lived here since 2013 and it's by far the safest and cleanest area in Los Angeles. There is a convenient big mall that was recently updated and a diverse number of stores on pico. It's a family neighborhood. The apartments on beverly glen are more run down and over priced.
Great place to live, No riff raff around here. With CAA being so close there are a lot of young up and coming celebrities and the whole place has a homely feel about it.
