Northwest Park Place is mostly a quiet little neighborhood, nothing much usually happens. Though, there isn't much to do outside walking distance, only thing there is the park. It's quite small, even has a playground. There has recently been common disturbances from a neighbor but that's normal for any neighborhood. Other than that, it's been a nice basic neighborhood since childhood.

The general atmosphere of the neighborhood is quiet, clean, and calm with a mix of single professionals, young families, middle-aged couples, and elderly homeowners. There are both running and biking trails near by. If I was taken back in time to relive that part of my life, I would chose to live there again. In the future I see more young professionals and new families moving into this area, and the price of real estate in the area increasing.
Kroger's on W. 43rd is our main grocery store for this area. Although Kroger's updated this location several years ago, the quality of meats, chicken, fish, definitely the frsh produce are very poor quality. Many residents in my neighborhood constantly remark, how unappetizing just about everything is at this Kroger's.

Recently a Berry Hill opened in our neighborhood. Bad reviews are flooding the neighborhood Facebook page.

We always go to HEB, about 15 miles from home to do our shopping and always go to restaurants outside of our neighborhood.
