Great investment opportunity, homeowners are investing in the area and renovating properties. It's a neighborhood with a lot of history that people are motivated to preserve
A mix of incomes and pretty decent place to live. Unfortunately, there's not a lot of shops close to homes and the traffic can be dreadful. Lots of public transit options to get to other parts of town.
My major issue is that the public services can seem lazy. Someone hit a tree on our sidewalk and uprooted it. Instead of taking the time to plant a new one, they just stuck the dead tree back in and covered the roots. It can't survive like that and no one seems to care. Now it is a hazard because it could fall on someone since its roots are not taking hold like it would if it were alive.
