We have lived in this neighborhood for about 9 years. The neighbors are culturally diverse. I feel very comfortable with my children playing outside in front of the house. Once a year we have a large yard sale called Bellerive Days. It's a great opportunity to meet neighbors and pick up some amazing bargains.

Many people in my immediate area have been here for years. The community is very pet friendly, most people have at least one pet. There are many community events, including a neighborhood yard sale every year.
Fall and Spring are generally okay, but Summer and Winter are miserable.
