It is a super nice neighborhood, and I have been here for 8 years. However, a lot more luxury housing is going up and overall, a lot of us low to middle class income residents are being pushed out due to the increase in rent (even in buildings that have not be renovated).

This neighborhood is wonderful. It is a walking neighborhood with parks and local business everywhere. If I could change anything it would be that the neighborhood is very white and very gentrified.
I have lived in Carag for the past 3 years and have been very happy with my experience here. It's close to the lakes and has plenty of beautiful parks.
