Capital View/Stiff Reviews
AMAZING neighborhood & neighbors. Quiet, friendly & historic aspect very well maintained but still keeps up with current vibes. Lots of dog walkers & just all around great mix of people.
Most of the crimes are petty theft. Some gunshots can be heard, but they aren't from the neighborhood. Not many violent crimes.
I Love this area. I would like to buy a house in this area. It is one the only areas in the city with a good public school. I has a great community feel. A good mixture of economic backgrounds.
