Transportation is very important and is constantly available here. People usually have their own car and those who don't use the bus. Buses and taxis are available for those without car, even though some people could also be seen in a bicycle. The problem of having a car is that it is very difficult to find parking just because everybody else has a car as well and when everybody goes and comes from work there is a significant amount of traffic. Pedestrians are always safe though, people in cars always respect the law by giving pedestrians the right to pass first.

There aren't a lot of attractions of high prestige but the community provides local events. One even that in currently occurring every other Sunday is La Placita. Here members of the community can come to buy food, toys, games, and enjoy live music. The people selling all these stuff are also members of the community so at the end we are helping the businesses of the community. Every Thursday there is also an event very similar but much bigger that happens. In this event one can even look at classical cars, they are old cars in very good shape though.
The weather is amazing here although it gets crazy at times. It is beautiful when it is sunny and when it rains it is relaxing. No matter what type of weather there may be one will still have a good time. Natural disasters rarely occur and i have only experienced 1-2 small earthquakes. Being in the bay makes us be constantly surrounded by water and possibly live with the fear of a flood occurring, but up to this point that hasn't happened yet.
