The neighborhood is mostly quiet with families or long-term residents living here. The traffic has gotten worse with construction projects but that will improve upon project completion. There is a surprising amount of places to walk to in the neighborhood: restaurants, bars, convenience stores, cafes, grocery store, etc.

Lots of gentrification happening causing residents who have lived in the area for years to have to move out. This is so terrible since many residents have lived in the area for a very long time. Schools are not that great. Poor funding and student testing results due to lack of government funding.
Good neighbors, clean quiet streets, high access to culture, restaurants, etc.
