Well, I'm new to Houston. Rented a house here and it was an awesome place to live. Surroundings are clean and hygienic. Grocery stores are at a just walkable distance 5miles away to Memorial Herman hospital, Pharmacy stores, Walmart, HEB.Fully gated communities and Secured place to live.

I currently live off of Eldridge & Briar Forest nestled right in the Energy Corridor and it's absolutely amazing. Upscale housing and neighborhoods, plenty of shops and parks around the area. Very family friendly with great schools like The Village and Westside Magnet HS. I haven't seen much crime since i've been here and i feel perfectly comfortable walking outside at nights and in the early mornings.
Young professionals are moving in to newly renovated homes. Good area to get a great house at a reasonable price, not to mention an easy commute to Energy Corridor and Galleria area jobs.
