Wish there were more mom and pop shops, but the few that are here are great! I enjoy having a vast pool of options to choose from regardless of which service I'm searching to find. There are peak busy times, just like anywhere else, but the management is always friendly and hospitable. I've never run into any customer service issues that weren't fixed right on the spot!

Smorgasbord of options to choose from! Chinese, Vietnamese, Fast food, sit down, carry out, catered, National chains, mom and pop restaurants. There are upscale wine and cheese bars to local ritzy popsicles.
Rainy season comes between April and June. It rains so much that mowing the yard becomes difficult. Because of all the rain, there are frequent thunderstorm warnings and flash flood alerts. Winter is sometimes very harsh with the amount of snowfall and storms, causing power outages, and sometimes there's little to no snow or ice. This last winter brought a lot of ice that caused the schools and most retail stores to close. Summer is blistering hot with a near 75% humidity most of the time.

Most of my clothes consist of jeans, t-shirts, and sweatshirts since the weather is so unpredictable most of the year.
