I live in Blenman-Elm and I love it. Very quiet neighborhood, and pretty safe. A lot of elderly folks who are artsy and eccentric, combined with young couples, and some small families. Come to our neighborhood!

The complex I live in is The Ledges at West Campus.

The scenery in itself is very pleasant. The mountains off in every direction. Low-light at night helps the stars to shine even brighter. The community is consistently very calm. Though weekends can lead to some great parties/get togethers due to the younger communities.

The complex has recently received new management. Things have improved since, but some problems still arise has not everyone in the leasing office knows what's going on. Better to double check your facts.

I live in a four-bedroom townhouse, and did the roommate matching. This as you can imagine is always a hit or miss. In my experiences there was always a bad seed. It's better to make a very formal agreement when bills are concerned. You may come off a douche, but better safe then sorry because fellow roommates "can" screw you over and there isn't anything the office can do for you. Point blank. Outside of what I said it is a very chill place is stay :)
Tuscon is so nice, I love all of the art work done on the walls when driving through the city. The sunny sky's and beautiful mountain views draw you in. I was hooked my first week visiting. I decided to save up enough money to move out her on my own and it has been one of the best decisions I've made. The dry heat allows you to me out side in the sun and not feel sticky or sweaty, unlike the humid heat that I am used to. Every one is so friendly, all of my apartment neighbors are extremely chill. I would rank this place a 8 or 9 of out 10. I haven't had any problems so far, other than the bugs. I am not used to all of these bugs, being from MA. I would choose to live hear again for sure. There is so many stores on University Blvd. Anything you could thing of is within a 30 minute drive. Stores, shopping plaza's, and all assortments of food. I can say with out a doubt Tucson is the best place I have ever lived.
