I would live here for a while. The area is growing. The school systems meet my children's needs and are thriving in their environment. We are close to the mountains, and the ocean and across the river in Portland, Oregon with a diversity of options and things to do. I prefer living here due to the culture, variety of things to do and the overall well being of people who live in the community.

The weather of late has been unpredictable. It snowed in November! Now we have 60 degrees in January. For the most part it can be rainy and dreary, but on the good days, the mountains and rivers are gorgeous!
We have beautiful lakes, rivers and mountains. We are an hour away from the mountain and an hour and a half away from the beach!
