Beach Park Reviews
Beautiful homes located in a suburban feel. This neighborhood is a 15 minute drive to the heart of downtown Tampa, and is very close to the hustle and bustle of South Howard. Great Location and very safe and family friendly neighborhood.
Beautiful homes and neighborhood. The neighbors all keep an eye out for each other and the community is tight nit. Very kid friendly!
Beach Park is a hidden gem in Tampa Bay. 5 minutes to everything, from A-rated schools to every grocery store you can think of, to Tampa International Airport, Raymond James Stadium, downtown Tampa, etc. If you can find a somewhat affordable home, you will be very happy with the proximity to amenities, the grandfather-oak lined streets, the sidewalks, the parks, the quiet (even though you are in the city), the overall quality of life. Best of all, if you have to commute somewhere out of Tampa, the access to the freeway is also 5 minutes away. And you will be commuting against traffic. Best neighborhood in Tampa Bay.
