Beach Haven Reviews
So central and convenient to grocery stores, department store, churches, etc. You are just a few miles from the beach and not have to pay such high beach home prices. My house at the Beach was 1250 square feet and built 1962 compared to a much newer building (2005)and 1750 square feet that I moved into. No comparison!
It's an area that has grown a lot in the last five years. There are new restaurants, shops and homes being built in a close proximity. It's 10 minutes from the beach and 25 minutes from downtown.
The reaction time for emergency services is pretty prompt, and helpful.
