I love living in the Autumnwood neighborhood. The old trees, quiet streets and large homes is the best parts, as well as being so close to UNCC and shops.

This area is very great because it is near the heart of Charlotte. You do not have to go far to encounter various restaurants and social life. It is also not far from other activities such as going to the beach or hiking the Cherokee mountains. Crime rates are not bad, and I feel this is a safe area to raise a family. With the new light rail they are developing, travel between destinations will be easier than before.
There is a 24/7 french bakery called Amelie's, they serve delicious desserts and sandwiches with cool decoration and furnitures. Sometime I just bring a book and order a tart and cafe and sit there for all afternoon!
