Audubon Park is a picturesque, midcentury neighborhood with tree-lined streets and a strong sense of community. The business district has a fantastic mix of food, retail, and nightlife offerings without losing any of its neighborhood feel. As a 20+ year resident, there’s no place in Central Florida I’d rather live!
Pleasant, quiet neighborhood with lots of trees, sidewalks, friendly people, and charm. I like living here.
A hip and independent neighborhood of tree-lined streets, close to great shopping, dining and services. Walk to Redlight Redlight, Stardust, East End Market and more. Easily ride your bike to a botanical garden (Leu Gardens). A-rated schools, plus low crime rate and conveniently located to Winter Park and downtown Orlando. It's a fabulous neighborhood.
