There are many, many jobs in this area and a wide variety of them. People complain from time to time about not being able to find a job but that is usually because they are being unrealistic about their qualifications.

There is an abundance of housing options, but the price per square foot is very high. It is hard to have any land and or square footage and live near public transportation.
I would like to see more small business / independently owned and operated facilities as oppose to chains.
