Artesia Pilar Reviews
I just moved into the East side of this area about 2 blocks from bristol. It's a very average area and that is saying something compared to the rest of the city. I didn't see any gang members or taggings on my block and I didn't see homeless people or drug usage. However, people do speed a lot through here and I got my place for cheap. I rent a room that came with a closet and the whole house has a basement. So I guess I am confined to the house and my block. Lots of kids in this area and families. Mostly Mexican yet my landlords are Filipino and that's okay. I wouldn't wander to the main roads at night or let your kids go too far. If you can afford to send your kids to private school, do so. I also recently emailed the mayor and my district ward to get more 4 stop signs since it seems to be only 2 way. It's ward 5 by the way. If you can find a place here under a grand for a rent do it. Orange county as whole is nice and I came from Riverside county.
This community is comprise of diverse families, although there is a predominance of Hispanic families. I can say the atmosphere is welcoming and cooperative when working together.
Neighbors usually visit each other frequently, making sure to help anyone in need.
