It's my favorite neighborhood in all of Riverside. It's in the middle of a big city but somehow has a little town vibe. The food choices are great and the schools are good.
The crime is typical of most areas. It is very moderate. It's not as bad as Los Angeles but not as good as Irvine. Gangs are around but not very active. Police are visible, but as in every minority area, they respond slowly.
The atmosphere of my area is generally calm. I would choose to live here again if I could because I enjoy the tranquility. In comparison to the Los Angeles and Boston areas, I would rate this as better than both.
