Arena District/Eastside Reviews
Living in the east side of San Antonio, TX has opened my eyes up very much. I've seen people get arrested, people rob a store, cops constantly getting called, and even the death of some. Gunshots are a thing I hear every other night, but it is something I have adjusted to. Many houses have been broken into, or have had things stolen, including my own, but I can highly say that many of these crimes have decreased or stopped. This area is slowly becoming a place where I know people will no longer have a negative mindset towards it.
The local area in which I reside is a place in where I've created many memories. Although it's a place where people would normally not want to live in, after 15 years of living here, I have adjusted. I believe this area has been improving since when I first moved in. Houses are being fixed, new people are coming in, and even the streets are being fixed. Overall the quality of life is getting better, keeping a better future for us all in mind.
My experience with my community has been great we help each other fight the negativity towards our community. We fight to encourage one another to finish our education to become something great. We stand together as a unity!
