I believe the employment is okay. For some, it is easier to find jobs due to their degree they have or past experience. For others, it may be more difficult given their current situation and maybe not easy access to the job field they want without certain prior experience.
At times, it is either really cold or really hot. The summers are perfect regarding temperature and winters vary. At times, the snowstorms can be continuous and dreadfully cold and bitter.
