Love the area because there are plenty of attractions, restaurants, biking trails, and scenic waterfronts and other communities. Historical areas all around and you can easily get away from the area to nature.
Always safe practically wherever you go. There used to be some vandalism in the south side, but I think it has subsided.
It's pretty hard for first time buyers to get in because they are expensive and are up against competitive bidders who have cash on hand either due to their career or developer.
