This neighborhood is full of great people who are down to earth and extremely caring. The area is very clean. It is near many good schools going from grade school all the way up to high school. Alameda street has a lot of food bars to pick from.
Portland is an amazing place to live and it really saddens me that the place is so expensive. There's always something to do and I believe that living in a city can be really educational in many ways. Send your children to public school!
It is most likely one of the friendliest and quietest suburban areas in Portland. I have never heard of any crime in the area, and there are many schools and parks around.
