Check out a sporting event at LC Walker arena with will be expanding with the addition of a convention center. New Muskegon community building. Shows along lake muskegon at the landing. Minutes to beautiful lake michigan parks. New shops and housing. Continued expansion. While still affordable housing in area. Not to mention some great history. Close access to highway. Great place for millenials to make a start.

It's safe, friendly neighborhood, good schools and colleges, beautiful lakes and beaches. Easy to find rental homes or to buy a house.
I've lived here my whole life and it's definitely something that I've taken advantage of. Aside from the crime and hate, Muskegon is a wonderful place to be. We are surrounded by beautiful beaches and dunes, the people around here are social and caring, and the total atmosphere is enjoyable. I would live here for the rest of my life, but I want to explore more and move somewhere new. I may come back after many years of being gone, but I will never forget Muskegon and the many memories that I've made here.
