Quiet and friendly neighborhood hidden in the middle of bigger cities. Plenty of shopping and parks/recreation. Many small businesses to help support and locally owned. Short drive to bigger cities and many new shopping plans are coming to the area. Highly rated school system for the elementary, middle, and high school.
Review Murrysville
Time in Murrysville has been very nice overall. The atmosphere, though sometimes judgmental is overall warm and welcoming. Neighbors are close and kids play in the local parks. Growing up in "the bubble" was as one might predict, isolated from the "real world." Without a real sense of the misfortunes that others are going through many in Murrysville may come across as apathetic. The area is very well off with many residents making up the Top 5% wealthiest in the country. With a fairly good school system I could see myself living here again though oftentimes stuck in the rutt of Murrysville boredom when it seems as though there is nothing to do during those long summers spent lazily sitting on the deck at Meadowink Swim Club. In the future I'm sure that this area will continue to grow with a drawback of chain restaurants coming in and the local "flavor" being driven out.
Murrysville has very safe neighborhoods with great families living in them. Most parts are very nice, mostly upper middle class. There are tons of restaurants, some of which are very new, along with shopping centers and boutiques. There are parks and trails to exercise in, and a lot of banks. Murrysville was the perfect town to grow up in.
