Best place to live for family and atmosphere. High education and public school system is one of the best in the US. Because the city has lots of hospitals (Chicago people most come out to Munster for hospitals) it surrounds with many doctors and scientists families. Very good place for your kids to grow. Nice landscape and restaurants, beautiful city!
My experience at Munster is one I will always cherish. If I had one word to describe Munster, it would be close-knit. Since Munster is a town and not a city, everyone in the community practically knows everyone. I remember my grandmother telling me when she visited that everyone was so friendly and treated each person like part of the community. These are some of the things I love about Munster. There is also another side to the argument, the things about Munster that I believe should change. This includes implementing programs that promote diversity. I believe Munster's diversity is average, but it could be better with these programs. These programs can include things like hosting different cultural festivals or celebrations.
We moved to Munster when my daughter was young. Munster has an outstanding school system. It has several public schools and 2 private schools to choose from. The community has many job opportunities for all ages. It has a variety of sports programs for children to participate in. It also has 3 hospitals, urgent care facilities and other medical facilities. You do not have to travel far to get excellent care.
