Mundelein is a great place to raise a family. The schools nearby are second to none and the community is warm and welcoming. No matter how many times I have moved in my life, I have always felt so welcome in my neighborhood. The area is safe and there are many activities offered to children of all ages. Not to mention the food around the area is great!

What I love about Mundelein is the love and support that's given from people of the community. Any events that are planned are always filled with people and that enriches the experience. The high school itself has many programs to guide students for the future and creates strong leaders. Although I wish taxes on houses in this area would lower, that can't happen because the money helps students get more learning opportunities and more resources.
I moved to Mundelein just after high school in 2014 and have loved everything about it. While I live on a quite few acres with goats and chickens (something which can't be done in many other neighborhoods), a quick drive to social life and shopping is only a few minutes away. I can eat great food, go to my local college, and get awesome part-time jobs both at popular chain stores or smaller family owned establishments. I can't say I want to move away anytime soon!
