Very small town. You will need to drive into other towns for most of your activities and shopping. Has a peaceful, country feel and is a good home for many families.

Mulino is a very small town in the country. There isn't much to do there, but there are things to do in Molalla, which is very close. I wouldn't recommend it for people who love city life, but for those who like quiet neighborhoods with lots of trees and don't mind walking in a little mud some of the time, it is a great place.
Mulino has a great clean elementary school with wonderful teachers. The small town has a couple sit down restaurants that have good food and great service. The gas station and post office have friendly workers that can assist in any needs. There is a nice fruit and vegetable store that has reasonable prices and the food is great.
