Mountainaire Reviews

It's a very community-oriented neighborhood with lots of families with small children. A lot of the homes in the area are also part-time residences or AirBnB's. Most homes in the neighborhood are attractive and in good shape, but there is rather little turnover or sales in the area. A lot of new homes have been put in recently.

Flagstaff weather can be very unpredictable but for roughly 200 days out of the year we enjoy clear and sunny skies. The sun can be very hot, even in the dead of winter, but because it is a dry heat, it is easy to escape in the shade. Our record temperature is 97 degrees F and we can get sever snow blizzards, however, as I said, we get lots of intense sunlight, so the most important part of a Flagstaff wardrobe is a light jacket.
In Flagstaff we have had several bank robberies and some shootings and the police don't seem to be very respected but they do their job well and seem to really care about the community.
