Nothing at all, it’s a very friendly and beautiful town! The traffic can seem very frustrating at times but that’s to be expected in a busy town!

I like the friendliness of the people who live in my community, I also enjoy the school system in this town. Some of the things I don’t like are the little amount of activities available for teens to do, no malls or similar luxuries. I also don’t enjoy how small our town is. While living in a small town has its perks ( you know most people), I would really love to live in a bigger town.
Mt. Sterling is an ever-growing small town. There is much convenience as the city limits offer a lot of shopping, businesses, doctors and schools. Downtown Mt.Sterling has recently been revitalized and attracts many for it's small town shops and boutiques as well as it's annual featured "Court Days" where many people come from every walk of life to enjoy shopping, festival food and good entertainment.
