Moscow is a bizarre little town, but you can't help but love it. Where else do the worlds of academica, agriculture and religion collide like they do here? People are passionate about their Palouse lifestyle, whatever that means for them... and boy, can it mean a variety of things. Despite the occasionally hair-pulling weirdness that abounds here, it's overall a fantastic place to raise your kids, raise your sheep, and raise your hackles.
I love Moscow, mostly because of the people that live here. They are very community oriented and politically active (though you will find people from all political backgrounds). The farmer's market, county fair, and multiple city concerts and other summer festivals make Moscow exciting.

The other awesome thing about Moscow is the food. Good and relatively inexpensive restaurants abound, thanks to the student population and fluctuating crowd of visitors.
