I love how quaint it is. But it is boring! No local community events, no people. Definitely a retirement type of location.

Morro Bay is a lovely community that has plenty of Athletic things to do including surfing, hiking, and much much more. It is extremely tourist as well.
Morro Bay is one of the bets towns in the United States. They friendliest people reside here. The central coast scenery is something that can't be beat and everyone gets a taste of Highway 1. The Real Estate is quite pricey because of the location, but if I would love to own property here; it would be an absolute dream.
