It's a very convenient place to live. Everything you need is within a couple of miles away. The access to the airport, major highways and good schools are all big wins here. You will pay those niceties in rent/mortgage. However, there are people here who make it not so nice. I've experienced racism, sexism, sexual discrimination and an entitled atmosphere from the people that live here that may not necessarily be from here.
Generally, people here are nice but there are others that are "fake" nice. Beware!

Morrisville is very clean and fresh-looking! It's homey and very diverse. I have recently moved here for work and it was very easy to find my current job. Many people commute to Raleigh, Durham, or Chapel Hill to work as well. I like how Morrisville is right in the middle of the triangle, so everything is in easy access! Morrisville offers many wonderful places to eat as well, and a lot of them are privately owned so you get authentic meals. If you are more interested in night life, downtown Raleigh is just down the road, and makes for an easy way to go out with your friends.
Some nice elements in this area, bike trails, parks and so on, but the quality level compared to anything mature (e.g. North Raleigh) is extremely low. The "diversity" is sort of a joke, as there is literally no assimilation with the very large South Indian population, creating a palpable cultural tension, due to the very disparate value systems. Schools are "ranked" well, because again, the demographics in the area are solely focused on education are fiercely competitive, which will play out in all elements of life (e.g. playground, school, extracurricular's). Again, not a lot of focus on being good citizens, integrity or character, just scoring "the best".
