Moraga is one of the safest places to live. We don't get a lot of outsiders because we're completely separated from the freeway. Unfortunately, our comfortability has been taken advantage of more and more in the last year. There has been an increase in car and house break-ins because people don't bother locking their doors!
Moraga is very quaint, the residents here are mostly older and rich. I am a college student in the area, and if you didn't know we had a college, you'd never have guessed it. Everything is very clean and nice. They have hiking trails to get everywhere and is very peaceful overall. Terrible place for the housing market though. That's the only downside I see.
