I feel that Montville is a great community that offers a safe/quiet environment to raise a family. It has an outstanding education system with numerous stores/restaurants run by local community members. Although there may not be many things to do in Montville, its proximity to Manhattan and other large cities makes weekend trips short and affordable.
Montville is a cute, little quiet suburban town with tons of fun activities available year round. The school system is spectacular, and throughout all three school levels - elementary, middle, and high school - students are given an opportunity to immerse themselves in the topics they thoroughly enjoy. In elementary school, I fondly remember the wackie airplane contest we had to learn about aerodynamics in fifth grade, and the landing of a helicopter in front of our school. It was so cool! Also, if you're interested in science as much as I am, the middle school provides a hands-on experience to dissect three different creatures: a worm, frog, and squid. The high school provides the opportunity for students to contact scientific researchers and work with them to conduct their own research and conduct new ideas for their futures. And during the summer, downtown Montville has cute boutiques and restaurants which are a perfect place to meet with friends and have a good time. I wouldn't live anywhere else, as the people are very respectful and the crime here is almost nonexistent.
