This area is fine if you just have to have a place to live. It is a low income area therefore you should only stay a short while, get on your feet and move on.I am trying to move to a better area because I that my grandchildren and they need a different out look on life.

The police do not patrol the area as of ten as i would like, but they do respond quickly to emergency calls.
The area is nice but rental turn over is high in our complex. A lot of the tenants do not stay long. Maintenance issues are hard to get resolved.
