Monticello is a great little town! There is so much character here and everyone is friendly. I feel safe living in Monticello and I am glad I can call it home. Although it is small there are always things to do whether it be visiting Allerton park or attending a concert or movie on the square. Definitely a wonderful place to live!

I like that its a average, yet not small town. I think they could lessen the cost of living here though. I like that the atmosphere and people are friendly and get along for the most part.
Monticello is like most other small towns. Everyone here seems to know each other, and they've been quite welcoming with our family being new to the community.
